BIO:
Daniel first came into contact with model aviation as a teenager. His sporting activities were then quickly channeled into international shooting sports, where he celebrated great successes, culminating in the Olympic silver medal in Los Angeles in 1984.
In 2015, his son Mel became interested in model flying, which quickly developed into a father-son story. Today, it is a great pleasure to take part in model flying contests with Mel and to see that Mel has taken all the essential mental qualities required for the successful practice of the sport from his father's toolbox.
During his shooting career, Daniel completed his studies in architecture at the ETH in Zurich and is a successful real estate project developer in Switzerland.
