My first plane was an Estes .20 nitro Cessna with no throttle so just flew till it ran out of gas! I eventually learned to fly and my favorite plane was a Kaos 60. As with a lot of people life happened and the airplanes had to take a back seat to a family and a career. In my case, music. I’ve been playing trumpet professionally in Las Vegas for 40 years. From Frank Sinatra and Wayne Newton to the Imagine Dragons and Lady Gaga - it’s been a blast. When COVID happened they shut down our entire industry so I needed something to do and went to the local hobby shop. Wow! The RC hobby had really changed! No more frequency pins? Haha! Awesome! I started with a Night Timber and then saw Jase Dussia and the Extreme Flight planes so became addicted to those. I have 5 EF planes not counting the Laser I piled into the ground. I now fly a Composite Carden Extra 300 Pro recommended to me by our local pro, Kim Quenette. Thanks to him and the rest of the Vegas cast I’m completely hooked on IMAC. I had a great time at Nationals and look forward to competing in my first Tuscon Aerobatic Shootout. All the guys in Tuscon are amazing and the same can be said for the entire Southwest Region. Everyone coming is going to enjoy themselves immensely. I can’t wait to meet you all!
